Senior Vice President, Technical Operations

Devendra Luhar has served as Senior Vice President, Technical Operation since January 2026.  Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing and Plant Operations. He joined Sutro in 2016 as Plant Manager of Manufacturing and led the successful manufacturing of 4 internal and 4 partner clinical programs over the past 9 years. 

Prior to joining Sutro, Devendra came with over 25 years in leadership role in operation, including Manufacturing, Engineering, MSAT and Material and Logistics. His prior experiences include Boehringer Ingleheim, Novartis and Baxter Bioscience, where he worked for 18 years.  Devendra holds B.A in Biology from San Jose State University.
