VENKATESH SRINIVASAN, Ph.D.

Chief Technical Operations Officer

Venkatesh Srinivasan, Ph.D., has served as Chief Technical Operations Officer of Sutro since May 2023. Previously, he served as the Company’s Senior Vice President of Process, Analytical and Formulation Development.

Prior to joining Sutro, Venkatesh spent more than a decade at Bayer AG, most recently as Vice President of Global Manufacturing Sciences and Technology. He also co-founded GlycoRx Partners, LLC, which developed half-life extended proteins and peptides via a unique glycoengineering platform, and earlier, he held senior bioprocess and business development roles at Phyton Biotech, LLC.

Venkatesh holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai, and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the State University of New York. He completed his post-doctoral research at Cornell University’s School of Engineering and UC Davis’ Antibody Engineering Laboratory.
